Shipping Policy

The majority of our (Friendly Favors) handmade items are made to order while others are created in small batches so please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Packages are shipped Monday through Friday. 

During the holidays, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Holiday orders are shipped 1 business day after your order has been processed.

When your order is processed and shipped, you will received tracking information via email. If your order has been marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, please reach out to the United States Postal Service for further information regarding your order (1-800-275-8777).

If your order has been returned because the provided address is incorrect, you will be charged a reshipping fee.

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address and your order status is “Processing” Please contact us by email at [email protected] and we should be able to update it..

Anything returned to Friendly Favors due to the wrong address will result in
new shipping charges. Those charges will be charged to the buyer.

Unfortunately, we can not issue shipping refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address.

At this time we only ship to the US.
